REGION (WGGB) — Thinking about pitching in and helping stock area waterways with fish for the coming angling season? If you are, please know that you will get wet.
Organizers advise you to bring boots, waders and a lunch. A change of clothes is a good idea, and you should be in good physical condition.
Fry released in local river systems stay there for about two years before migrating to the ocean. When salmon are about four, they will return to spawn.
Crews meet at 8 a.m. and roll at 8:30 a.m.
