Humus

1-2 cans chickpeas

1/3 cup tahini

2 garlic gloves, grated

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp ground coriander

sea salt and pepper to taste

1 cup water

in a food processor add tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, chickpeas and salt and pepper. Puree until smooth, slowly add water to create desired consistency.
