2-3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
chicken stock (about 1/4 -1/2 cup)
1 Tbs honey
1/2 fresh lemon
Nutmeg to taste (optional)
Place cut sweet potatoes into a sauce pot with steam basket and steam for 20-30 minutes. Drain and place potatoes back into sauce pot. Add chicken stock, honey, lemon and nutmeg and mash to combine.
