LONDON (WGGB) — Sidewalks around Westminster Abbey look more like a tailgate instead of a spot just yards away from where Prince William and Catherine Middleton will wed Friday. Only abc40 and FOX 6 are there to check out those looking to witness history.
“Nothing good. If my mother saw my diet, she wouldn’t be very happy. Crisps…biscuits…” Larissa Moran was lucky to snag a spot along the road. She is settling in for the first of what will be two nights out here on the busy streets.
“When I put the idea out there to my friends, they thought, ‘are you crazy?’ then they thought ‘go for it’,” Moran added.

He adds, “Will Kate be late? 11 o’clock, dead on. We are even money if she turns up one minute past 11:00. When is the first child going to come? What is the sex of the first child?”
“We are going to come at 4:00 a.m. Friday and try to stake out a spot,” says Meaghan Richards of Westfield, who is studying abroad in London from Emmanuel College. Richards admits that at first, she wasn’t too interrelated in the wedding, but it’s impossible not to get wrapped up in the excitement. “
