Baked Asparagus with Breadcrumbs and Garlic

3 TBS olive oil
1 pound asparagus
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup whole grain bread crumbs
1/4 cup raw sun flower seeds
1/2 tsp dries oregano or basil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9″ x 9″ baking dish, put the water and 2 tsp of the olive oil in the dish. Wash and trim the asparagus and place evenly in the dish. In a bowl combine the bread crumbs, sun flower seeds, garlic, oregano/basil, salt, pepper and oil. Stir to combine. Sprinkle over the asparagus and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bread crumbs are browned.
