Simple Herb Stuffing

½ c butter1 c onion, diced1 c celery, diced2 cloves garlic, minced16 c herb stuffing mix  (not instant – use the bags of stuffing)          OR substitute 16 c of cubed, stale French bread1 tsp each poultry seasoning, dried thyme, sage, tarragon, and salt½ tsp black pepper2-3 c chicken brothMelt butter over medium heat. Sautee onion and celery until tender.  Add garlic & sautee additional 2-3 minutes.  Stir in bread, spices, and broth.

Bake uncovered in a 13×9 baking dish.  1½ hours at 300°  (adjust time/temperature if needed to bake along with turkey)
