But I did like seeing Mike push for facts and not let the empty rhetoric stand. There is no easy way to challenge someone, it can get messy – call yourself an army and there may be tones of war. There is a ton of money that would have to be supplied by E’ton taxpayers to implement Mr. Emerson’s ideas. Easthampton is in the black – there aren’t many communities that can say that. The way Easthampton’s many departments have handled their fiscal responsibilities is to be lauded.

It is painfully obvious that more debate is needed. It will be a disservice to Easthampton for Mr. Emerson to dodge the channel 22 news invitation.
