Local Tree Nursery Reaching Out To Tornado Victims

(Amherst, MA) – The Amherst Nursery is doing it’s part to help Western Mass recover from the tornado by helping restore it’s landscape. Saturday the 29th, the nursery will hold a ‘tree donation’ day at it’s location off Route 9 on Belchertown Rd. Organizers say they’re offering up 100 trees specifically to tornado victims. All recipients must preregister by midnight on Wednesday the 26th.

As of late morning Wednesday, organizers say they had 20 trees left. If you’re interested in the donation day, visit Amherst Nursery on the web. The link below provides all the information need to register.
