Two Teenage Girls Injured After Being Hit By Truck

NORTHAMPTON, Mass. (WGGB) — Two teenage girls are in Baystate Medical Center after being hit by a pickup truck.

A 15-year-old is in critical condition, police say she has a fractured skull and a broken leg, while a 14-year-old is in stable condition with a fractured rib.

Police say it happened on Jackson Street Monday afternoon around 4:45pm.

The driver of the truck is not being charged with anything at this time, but the investigation is ongoing.
