A pregnant woman is in the hospital after a crash Sunday on 291 in Springfield.

Police tell us two cars collided and spun while going westbound.

Two people were sent to Baystate Medical Center– no word on their conditions.

Traffic was backed up more than an hour because of the crash.

Police are still trying to figure out what caused the accident.
