First Night Junior Celebration

HOLYOKE, Mass. (WGGB) — There was no confetti, no champagne and no “Auld Lang Syne”, however there was a lot of holiday cheer in Holyoke on Saturday.

Holyoke’s Children’s Museum invited people to come celebrate the 15th annual First Night Junior celebration at Holyoke’s Heritage Park. The celebration included facepainting, a magician, the Heritage Park Merry-Go-Round and a host of other holiday acts.

Admission to the celebration was $7, but it provides an easy solution to entertaining children on a tight budget.
