Dermot Mulroney has joined the cast of HBO’s Enlightened, Deadline reports.

Enlightened stars Golden Globe winner Laura Dern as Amy, a self-destructive executive who tries to piece her life back together after suffering a public meltdown at work. Mulroney will recur as Jeff Flender, an investigative reporter who Amy hires. The two ultimately become involved romantically.
