SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB)- Police say a women from Springfield was arrested for mayhem following an incident that happened at 103 Allen Park Road.

Ashley Jimenez, 20, slashed a victim with a pocket knife under the eye.

The victim was taken to Baystate Medical Center and is expected to be okay.

The detective bureau is investigating.
