Blue Sox Get Back On Track

HOLYOKE, Mass. (WGGB) — After losing to North Adams on Saturday night, the Blue Sox rallied back on Sunday to beat the Danbury Westerners 7-2 in Holyoke.

The Sox scored two runs in the fifth inning, followed by three runs in the sixth and topped Danbury with good pitching.

The two teams are battling to get out of the cellar of the Western Division of the NECBL.

Phil Mosey, Paul McConkey and Rocco Gondek had timely RBI’s for the Blue Sox as they went on to win by five runs.
