No Animal Cruelty Charges Filed in Dog Deaths

WESTFIELD, Mass. (WGGB) — The MSPCA says no animal cruelty charges will be filed in connection with the deaths of 9 dogs in Westfield.

Brenda Coggin found nine of her dogs dead earlier this month. She claims the kennel’s air conditioner malfunctioned, causing the dogs to die.

According to the MSPCA, no evidence of any wrong-doing was found, and they have closed the investigation.
