SPRINGFIELD (WGGB) – A Springfield woman is wanted on several charges including prostitution, a crime police say she’s been locked up for a dozen times already.
Police say 27 year-old Patricia Marie Cloutier was spotted by undercover officers in January 2012, waving down cars at the intersection of Main and Locust Streets in the South End.
“Not too long after, a Subaru pulled up with Connecticut plates.” Sergeant John Delaney says. “The driver propositioned her for sex and she jumped in the car.”
What happened next shocked not only the officers in pursuit of Cloutier but dozens of others who were in vehicles nearby stuck in traffic.
“When officers pulled up, there was a sex act going on in the car. Passerby’s could clearly see it happening through the window.” Sgt. Delaney explains. “The officers knew they needed to stop this right now. They pulled over the car, got the guy out of the car. His genitalia was still hanging out.”
Police arrested both Cloutier and the man on the spot, however Cloutier skipped out on her court appearance.

We have these dirt bags committing violent crimes, meanwhile, during the last hooker sting, police were bragging about how theycaught a guy driving a company delivery vehicle propositioning the decoy. At least the guy was working for a living! WTF!

The point of stopping prostitutes is to stop the spread of STD’s. Who knows what she or the “customer” has. Lets think about that for a minute……….
