SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB) — Melvin Jones III has been arrested again.
Jones is the man beaten in a traffic stop back in 2009 by former Springfield Police Officer Jeffrey Asher.
Springfield Police say that around 5:00 Wednesday night, Jones went to pick up his children from their mother’s house on Fort Pleasant Avenue.
Jones returned to her home to return the children a few hours later at 10:00 p.m., when he assaulted the woman to the point where she needed to be sent to the hospital for medical attention.
Jones then took off from the scene, but was picked up in Chicopee early Thursday morning.
Jones was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery.
Shocker! Of course he didnt really do this either though. Lol

Maybe the justice will take a good look at this habitual criminal and put him where he belongs. He caused someone to lost their job and pension and he walks free.

Wow, big man beating up a woman. They are going to love you in jail. Please don’t use the excuse that he was assaulted 3 years prior so that’s why he beat up a WOMAN. Any man that assaults a woman is a ****ing coward. Sorry if you think I’m being rude, but I was raised that women aren’t property, they bring life into this world, and are beautiful. Just my opinion.

Shocking . . .Not!!! The police keep doing their job and this guy keeps going free!!! The police officers get in trouble for beating so what now he is on a free pass. This is real life not a game . . time for some real justice!!!

Sad thing is he is most likely blaming all this on the Asher incident. He will get off again to beat another day.
