WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB)- There is a power outage in the area of West Springfield’s Riverdale Shopping Center. It does not seem to be affecting many private residents at this time. Westerm Massachusetts Electric Companies spokesperson Sandra Ahearn, says it is caused from a problem underground and the power will be out for a lengthy amount of time. It is unknown at this time when power is expected to be restored. We will bring you the latest on this story as we get it.
