Owner Claudio Guerra says they’ll be moving into the smaller Paradise City Tavern building and hope to be up and running by September first.
He plans to add a patio eventually and possibly an herb garden. He says the restaurant will have a slightly different feel in the new venue.
“We’re gonna pare down the menu a little and focus a little more on farm-to-table,” said Guerra. ”It’s quite a bit smaller, the restaurant, so I am looking forward to putting the same energy into a smaller space and having fun with that.”
Some old favorites will still be included in the new spot. They’ll be taking that well-known mosaic from the bar with them in the move.
Guerra also says he has plenty of restaurants for his employees to go so they won’t be laid off.
