Mass. Woman Found Strangled
August 10th, 2012
MALDEN, Mass. (AP) — A 45-year-old Malden man has been ordered held without bail in the strangling of a girlfriend he lived with.
William Bryant Moseley was arraigned on a murder charge Friday, hours after police said he called 911 to say he had killed 58-year-old Cecilia Yakubu at their home in Malden. He entered a not guilty plea.
Prosecutors said Yakubu was found in a small puddle of blood with clothing wrapped around her neck. Moseley’s court-appointed lawyer did not speak to reporters outside court.
The Boston Globe reports that court records show Moseley was charged last year with punching Yakubu in an argument but the case was dismissed in January at Yakubu’s request.

Crime solving made easy.
Now, just put a bullet in his skull and call it a day. Save all of us $60,000 a year per inmate. A bullet costs roughly $.75 do the math.
Gotta love when they confess then plead not guilty.
The saddest part of this story is that last year she asked that charges be dismissed after he punched her.
