Plane Crash in Los Angeles Leaves at Least 1 Dead

Los Angeles, CA (WGGB) — A small plane crashed Friday evening into a Los Angeles neighborhood and at least one individual has died as a result.
The crash occurred in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Westwood.
A body was found within the burned wreckage but it is not known if it is a male or female.
Our network affiliate abcnews.com is reporting that the accident occurred on the northeast corner of Glendon and Mississippi avenues, about 1.8 miles from Santa Monica Airport.
No homes or buildings were hit in the crash, however pieces of the wreckage covered the corner of a yard Friday night.
