Oh yea they have rights. What about the rights of the victims. They have been put through the ringer. They have deal with the credit card companies, the insurance companies, plus being mentally raped.
These criminals should have no rights once they commit these crimes. The judges have to start cracking down on these criminals. If it happened to the judges they would not being getting any type of bail. To think they are going to show up for their court is absurd. They will go somewhere else and do the same thing to innocent people.
Laws need to be changed so they have no rights once they commit these crimes.
