Who want to come to a crime riddled city that has a casino.
For fear of being shot, robbed or your car hijacked!!! Right now they need more police to be hired to clean up the streets of Springfield. As for the clergy, they are going to wave a bible at the thugs and tell the to mend their ways or they will go to Hell. Boy that will stop crime.
