Huntington Man Indicted on Murder Charges

HUNTINGTON, Mass. (WGGB)– A Huntington man has been indicted by the Hampshire County Grand Jury on charges of murder and misleading police in connection with the murder of Jessica Dana, in Huntington, on June 22, 2012.

36 year-old Jeb Daly is being held without the right to bail following his previous arraignment in Northampton District Court.

Daly, who lived with Dana,  was the last-known person to have seen her alive.

Dana, the mother of three, was reported missing on the evening of Saturday, June 23. Daly fled on foot after her body was discovered in the back yard of Daly’s and Dana’s Rocky Brook Drive residence on  June 24.  He was later apprehended by police.

Daly will be arraigned at Hampshire County Superior Court at a later date.
