Mass. Gas Prices Rising Again

BOSTON (AP) — After one week of steady prices, the cost of a gallon of gas in Massachusetts is on the rise again.

AAA Southern New England reports Tuesday that self-serve, regular rose three cents in the past week to an average of $3.76 per gallon.

The cost has now jumped 18 cents in the past month.

The current price is six cents below the national average but 12 cents higher than at the same time last year.

AAA found self-serve, regular as low as $3.62 per gallon and as high as $3.91.
