2nd Suspect in Bangor Triple Homicide Arrested

BANGOR, Maine (AP) — Massachusetts State Police have arrested the second suspect in connection with the drug-related slayings of three Maine residents whose bodies were found in a burning car in a Bangor parking lot.

Police say 31-year-old Nicholas Sexton of Warwick, R.I. was arrested at a Brockton, Mass., home at about 4 a.m. Thursday.

He’s scheduled to be arraigned later in Brockton District Court on a fugitive from justice charge.

Randall “Ricky” Daluz (duh-LOOZ’) is expected to be arraigned Thursday in Penobscot County Superior Court on murder and arson charges. He surrendered in New Bedford, Mass., on Tuesday.

Authorities say they played roles in the Aug. 13 deaths of Daniel Borders of Hermon, Nicolle Lugdon of Eddington, and Lucas Alan Tuscano of Bradford.

Investigators say the victims were shot then left in the burning car.
