Marijuana Found Growing Along Connecticut River

PIERMONT, N.H. (AP) — Police in Piermont, N.H., say they’ve found marijuana growing along the Connecticut River.

Police said the marijuana plants were found Tuesday. They were hidden from the river’s edge by tall trees and bushes.

Our affiliate ABC9 WMUR-TV reports that officers recovered 21 fully matured marijuana plants.

There are no suspects in the case.
