Minor Fire Outside Springfield Home

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB) — Landscape lighting is to blame for a fire behind a city home.
According to Dennis Leger, Aid to the Springfield Fire Commissioner, it started around 8:37 Friday night at 170 Forest Hills Rd.
The fire damaged part of the deck and siding on the home.
There is about $10,000 worth of damage, according to Leger.
