Scares and Chills Found at Six Flags New England Fright Fest

Agawam, Mass. (WGGB) — The Halloween season just wouldn’t be complete without Six Flags New England Fright Fest!
The park is once again going all out to make you scream, from the always popular midnight mansion and wicked woods to 3 new Fright Fest themed rides.
And there’s special reason to check it out this weekend.
Melissa Pinkerton with Six Flags told us, “This weekend we are having a hissing cockroach eating contest. Believe it or not, people line up to eat these cockroaches for a chance to win a 2013 Season Pass or a chance to cut the line of their favorite rides. It’s really a sight to behold.”
Fright Fest runs every weekend through October 28.
