Shooting and Stabbing in Holyoke

HOLYOKE, Mass. (WGGB) — A man is in the hospital after being stabbing.

The victim was found around 3:30 p.m. Sunday near 50 Front Street.

Police say this is connected to the report of shots being fired near Suffolk and Beech St, where shell casings were also found.

The victim was taken to Baystate Medical Center with a stab wound to the leg.  No word on condition.

Police say they are looking for a black male wearing jeans and a hoodie.
