Guy Ritchie and model Jacqui Ainsley are engaged, Us Weekly reports.

Ainsley flashed her new bling while out for dinner Sunday in Los Angeles. The couple is expecting their second child in approximately six weeks. Their first child, Rafael, is 13 months old.
