Power Back On In Monson Following Car Crash

MONSON, Mass. (WGGB) — Power is back on after a vehicle crashed on Route 32 in the area of Woodridge Rd shortly before 6:30 a.m. Friday.
The accident took down a utility pole and knocked out power to homes and businesses in the area. More than 2,800 customers were without power for an hour and a half until lines went back up at 8:00 a.m.
The road is also re-opened at this time.
Police said the driver is okay and was not transported to the hospital.
