Just called TD Bank and was advised that this took six months for the internal investigation to try and locate the tape. Needless to say The CSR tryed to close me on an advanced credit protection plan for $12.99 per month the basic plan is what TD is offering. UNENCRYPTED Data Really??? I hope they get FINED big time by the FCC, FTC AND AG’S Office of corse the customers will be paying more in bank fees. I will be switching banks at 9:02 AM!

Have to agree…if they knew this in march why did they wait so long before notifying authorities….and what happens now….how does one lose their customers personal info…..we worry about hackers….but if that info is found by the wrong person…we could all be screwed….going to check my accounts now and I guess each day for a while now…..

This happened in March and they are just getting around to telling us now? Thanks TD Bank…..think I will be changing where I put my money.
