Springfield, Mass (wggb) Hurricane Rafeal is spinning in the Atlantic with top winds of 85 mph. He is about 1,000 miles east of Florida, way out in the Atlantic and is moving away from the United States.

Rafeal is moving to the northeast at 21 mph and will likely pass about 100 miles to the east of Bermuda bringing those folks some rain and high surf.  Rafeal will race off into the north Atlantic and weaken over the next couple of days.
