SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB) – The City of Springfield is announcing that proposals from three casino operators are now available online for the public to review.

Last Friday, MGM Resorts International, Penn National Gaming, and Ameristar Casinos filed proposals, expressing their interests in building a casino in Springfield.

Those proposals and documentation are now available on the city’s website.

The city will now review these proposals and determine which ones proceed to their Phase II application and vetting process.
