Watermain Break in Chicopee

CHICOPEE, Mass. (WGGB) – Broadway Street in Chicopee is back open after a water main break earlier today.

Police say it involved one of the newer mains that was recently installed.

The Chicopee Department of Public Works finished repairing it around 3:30 this afternoon.

According to police, there were not any reports of homes without water.
