Agawam has nothing here in town to occupy these kids no wonder they are resorting to this type of behavior. Kids don’t need to be at home when they are making these bombs or doing anything shady for that matter, trust me, we have LOTS of abandoned properties/buildings around town for them to hang out at. The delinquent kids in Agawam can do whatever they want whenever they want to and nothing ever gets done about it. So I am SHOCKED that they actually arrested these kids.
