Anthony Baye Agrees to May Trial Date
October 31st, 2012
NORTHAMPTON, Mass. (WGGB) — The man accused of setting fire to dozens of home almost three years ago has agreed to a trial date next Spring.
Anthony Baye was back in court Wednesday. He told a judge that he’s fine with his projected May 2013 date.
Baye is accused of killing two people in a string of fires he allegedly set in December of 2009. He was arrested back in 2010 but some of the charges were dropped after the Supreme Judicial Court ruled that a videotaped interview was inadmissable.
In July, Baye was indicted again on 42 new charges, including murder, armed burglary, arson, and attempted arson.
He has plead not guilty to those charges.

A nice looking young man.
