Ratings: Was Halloween a trick or treat for your favorite shows?

It appears as though Halloween might have spooked off some viewers. Even Wednesday night stalwarts Modern Family and Criminal Minds saw decreased ratings.

Modern Family still took the night with a 4.1 rating in the adults-18-to-49 demographic, down from 4.9 last week.
