US Senate Candidates on Final Swing Through Mass.
BOSTON (AP) — The candidates in Massachusetts’ U.S. Senate race are making a last swing through the state.
Republican U.S. Sen. Scott Brown is planning a nine-stop bus tour, beginning in Lynn and wrapping up in his hometown of Wrentham.
His other stops include Lowell, Fitchburg, Worcester and Framingham.
Democratic challenger Elizabeth Warren is planning to stop by a coffee shop in Boston’s Dorchester neighborhood with the late Sen. Edward Kennedy’s two sons — Ted Kennedy, Jr. and former U.S. Rep. Patrick Kennedy.
Warren also is planning a visit to the traditional pre-election night Truman Rally in Boston’s West Roxbury neighborhood.
Gov. Deval Patrick also is busy. He’s planning to stop by several Democratic field offices in Massachusetts before heading to New Hampshire to kick off a get-out-the-vote phone bank for President Barack Obama.
