Springfield, Mass (WGGB)- It’s the coldest morning of the season so far! Temperatures started in the teens. Cold enough for a record low! The old record of 19 set back in 1998 for November 6th fell by the waist side. The unofficial temperature this morning out at The Westover Air Reserve Base (were the official temperatures are kept) dipped to, unofficially, 17 degrees!
