New Twilight Movie Draws the Crowds

Springfield, Mass. (WGGB) — It’s the night Twi-hards have been waiting for.  The final installation of the Twilight series “Breaking Dawn Part 2″ which premiers in theaters across the country tonight.

But this time, fans didn’t have to wait until midnight to see it because many theaters offered a 10:00 p.m. showing of the movie.

Some fans lined up for the early showing, while others made a day of it and watched the previous 3 films in marathon form at theaters.

Chicopee resident, Marilyn Morales who went to see the Twilight marathon at Springfield Entertainment Cinemas on St. James Avenue told us, “I became a fan with the first movie, and then I have re-read the book several times. And I have come every single time they’ve come out in marathon form to watch them all over again.”

“We wanted to get ready and make sure we had a good spot in line.  We’re actually first,” says Kayla Martins from Springfield.

Regular showings of the film begin tomorrow.
