West Springfield Police Looking for Help Identifying Robbery Suspect
November 20th, 2012
WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB) — West Springfield Police are hoping surveillance pictures will help them catch an alleged robber.
West Springfield Police Capt. Daniel Spaulding says that around 3:30 p.m. Friday, an unknown man walked into the Cumberland Farms on Main Street.
The suspect approached the clerk with a knife and made off with an undetermined amount of cash.
Spaulding adds that this suspect is believed to have committed an attempted robbery earlier in the day at Park Street Dunkin Donuts. That attempt did not result in any theft.
Anyone who may recognize the suspect or have any information on the case is urged to call the West Springfield Police Department at (413) 263-3210.

Where does it say the victim refuses to cooperate. I read this article 3 x’s and never said anything to that nature.
Why even bother wasting the resources to investigate the crime if the victim, per usual, refuses to cooperate?
