When President Obama addressed Myanmar earlier this week to extend the United States’ hand of friendship to the longtime military-ruled state, there was one person who might not have been tuning in. Hillary Clinton, Obama’s Secretary of State, appears to have fallen asleep during his speech. Judge for yourself:
