BRAINTREE, Mass. (WGGB) – The last two winners of $1 million from Wednesday’s Powerball drawing have come forward.

On Friday, Lisa Bartlett of Worcester and David Cowan of Boston claimed their second-tier prizes. Both won with a quick pick.

They, along with two other people, matched the first five numbers on Wednesday’s record Powerball jackpot. The only ball separating them from the $587.5 million jackpot was the Powerball.

Bartlett, a teacher, is planning on buying two new cars with her husband Friday on their way home from lottery headquarters.

Cowan is an art dealer. He is planning on taking a vacation and investing in his retirement.

Jeremy Stephenson from Arab, Ala. And Mary Gilmore of Rockland claimed their prizes Thursday.

Gilmore, who works at a mortgage loan officer, bought two quick picks. She gave one to her boss and kept one for her self.

Gilmore plans to use the money to pay off her own mortgage and her children’s student loans.

Stephenson is working in Boston as a software consultant. He is planning on paying bills and helping his mother out with his winnings.

All four are taking the lump-sum payment of about $700,000.
