SPRINGFIELD (WGGB) — The Basketball Hall of Fame has no chimney, but Santa was still able to bring some holiday cheer to local children.

Thanks to Macy’s and the Make-a-Wish Foundation, kids were able to meet jolly old Saint Nick, and even shoot some hoops with him.

Macy’s is asking kids to write letters to Kris Kringle, and drop them off in “Santa Mailboxes” inside their stores. For every letter, Macy’s will donate one dollar to Make-a-Wish, and will go up to one million dollars.
