South Dakota Town Considering Banning Food in Cars
December 5th, 2012
(CNN) — Put down the cell phone and the breakfast sandwich.
News stations in South Dakota report the city of Huron has approved a tough new ban on “distracted driving.”
The new law makes texting while driving a primary offense.
That means officers can pull drivers over simply for doing that.
People caught texting and driving will be fined 100-dollars.
Under the new law, you can also get a ticket if you’re eating, reading the paper or putting on make-up in the mirror while driving.

Would that include doing the crossword puzzle?
So stupid
