Four Indicted for October Rape of UMass Student

NORTHAMPTON, Mass. (WGGB) — Four men accused of raping a UMass student in her dorm room have been indicted by a grand jury.

Mary Carey, spokesperson for Northwestern District Attorney David Sullivan, says that 18-year-olds Adam Liccardi, Justin King, and Emmanuel Bile, all of Pittsfield and 17-year-old Caleb Womack of Windsor Locks, Conn. were indicted by a Hampshire County Grand jury with three counts each of aggravated rape.

Liccardi was also indicted on one additional count of rape.

The four are accused of raping a female UMass student in the early morning hours of Saturday, October 13 in her university dorm room.

King, Bile, and Womack are set to be arraigned in Hampshire County Superior Court on Monday afternoon.
