WOBURN, Mass. (AP) — A Massachusetts prosecutor says a 49-year-old convicted sex offender has been indicted on charges he sexually abused at least 13 young children in the care of his wife’s unlicensed child care service, and photographed and videotaped them.
Middlesex District Attorney Gerard Leone called the case the worst he has seen. Leone said Thursday the alleged victims of John Burbine ranged from 8 days to 3 1/2 years old, and were assaulted while Burbine was caring for them in their homes. He said Burbine has been in custody since late September as authorities investigated. He faces more than 100 criminal counts.
Leone said Burbine’s wife was unaware of the alleged abuse. She is charged with reckless child endangerment and operating an unlicensed child care business.
John Burbine’s lawyer said his client will plead not guilty at his Dec. 12 arraignment.
Just put him in general population, the inmates will make him feel what it is like to abuse a child.

we should not have to pay to feed and house this waste of life till he is found guilty. They should hand each of the parents a baseball bat and shut him and his poor excuse of a wife in a room with them.
My cuzn daniel croteau was killd by a preist who molested kids….as a grown up working with children I do understand that it usually means they have had something tragic done to them however my mind cannot help but have alota anger when I read or hear these stories. My kids are my life and they are not even mine…how on earth does someone look at a child and think….ewww whatever they think! Ya I wud have to killm hopefully and save them from themselves at the same time!
