If i were well off enough to support another child, i wld have to adopt due to health reasons. & i would Love to! The hardest choice wld be what little AMERICAN child do i get to love forever. I feel we as a nation/society/town need to help as many children of our own nation that we can. They are our Americans of the future.

Russia actually has a very low rate of reproduction… their populations are dwindling. I can’t really blame them for wanting to keep all their kids, as selfish as it initially seems.

Are some of you idiots serious? Did you even read the article? RUSSIAN president- WTF does Obama have to do with what they do? Sad these kids won’t have certain opportunities but the way things are here I wouldn’t ship any kid over to what we call America right now sadly! There’s enough homeless and parentless children here anyways to take care of
